Refuge Homes Impact Fund I
Secure housing.
Restore lives.
Earn steady returns.
Thousands of vulnerable people in the Triangle are one housing decision away from relapse, re-trafficking, or recidivism.
The Refuge Homes Impact Fund I gives impact investors a proven way to create stable housing at scale—while targeting consistent, long-term returns.

What This Fund Does
Refuge Homes Impact Fund I is a real estate impact fund focused on acquiring and developing attainable housing for vulnerable populations, including:
Women and children rescued from human trafficking
Individuals reentering society after incarceration
People recovering from addiction
Young adults aging out of foster care
These individuals are often locked out of traditional housing due to credit challenges, criminal history, inconsistent income, and rising housing costs. Without stability, progress stalls and cycles repeat.
We solve this by combining mission-aligned real estate ownership, in-house construction, experienced property management, and established nonprofit partnerships.
